Description
The Code of Conduct establishes fundamental guidance on how to conduct business in compliance with your company’s commitment to ethical and lawful behavior. This Code of Conduct can be used as a sample to guide the creation of a formally structured code of conduct for your company.

3. Ensure employees understand their duties and responsibilities as it relates to your company’s commitment to ethical and lawful conduct.
4. Ensure the Code of Conduct is posted and/or accessible to all employees.
5. Train your employees on the Code of Conduct and keep training records.
