Self-Assessment Tool (optional)

A.  This tool assesses a set of topics distributed into the following Compliance categories:

B.   You should answer the YES/NO questions per category and based on your responses, you will be guided to the suggested document or section of the TPI Compliance Toolkit that will help you to meet the specific compliance requirement.

C.   The completion of this assessment is optional and  your responses are completely anonymous.  Your responses cannot be tracked and no personally identifiable information is captured.

D. After you complete the evaluation, you will be able to download a summary of your responses to identify which topics you should implement/improve in your compliance program and prioritize them by the highest risk. To better interpret the results, please take into consideration:
Answers NO in Section 1-5 questions, this will require your attention in terms of your own compliance program. Answers NO in Section 6 questions (Interactions with HCPs and GOs), this will require your attention, only in case, where you perform the appropriate activities.
